I’ve been absent for a while (New position at work and some health issues), but I’m back and hopefully this time is for good. I’m going to try to keep a better schedule. With work, it may be difficult for articles regarding college football, but I’ll work on finding something that works better.
There’s nothing like a debut from one of MLB’s best prospects who just happens to be on my favorite team. Amed Rosario is supposed to be the next Jose Reyes (the good years) and is a reason to actually watch this team. With Dominic Smith coming up soon, Mets fans can at least see who will potentially bring this team to the playoffs next season.
As a Mets fan, I am always pessimistic. This season, I actually came into the season very positive. That feeling did not last very long. Hopefully, these prospects can be productive for the rest of the season and the pitching staff can become healthy. Then, there can at least be something to look forward to next season.
I don’t like putting expectations on young players (it rarely works out), but I just hope that Rosario is the SS in Queens for quite some time.
